How do I place an order online?

Ordering at StoreYourBoard is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. The final shipping and local tax will be shown on the order review page before you place the order.

Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday thru Friday between 8am and Midnight and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 9pm Eastern Time. Our number is: 1-800-701-3743.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. We charge your card once the order has been processed. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.

Do you charge sales tax?

You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Virginia (VA). We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to VA addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Price matching

We offer a Price Match option on almost any product. We do reserve the right to decline to match a price, but in most cases we will honor price match requests with other websites.

In order to qualify for a price match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met:

1) The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower priced site. Backorders will not be matched and we do not match prices on items that are out of stock.

2) The item must be EXACTLY the same as the product you want to order from us. Same color, size, year, model, etc.

3) The product must be the same year. We do not price match on closeouts from previous years, scratch and dent items, blems, etc.

4) Coupons and promotional codes may not be used with price matches, either from our site or from a competitors coupon.

5) Shipping prices will be met as well in the event that the lower priced site has a more expensive shipping charge.

6) The Product must be orderable online. Online advertisements are not honored unless the product can be ordered online through a secure server with a functioning shopping cart.

7) The price match must be completed BEFORE you order the product from us. No price match requests will be honored on items that have already been ordered and/or shipped.

Shipping Information


When does my order ship?

Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please make sure to check the availability for the product you ordered. Some products are hand or custom made and take longer to make, process, and ship than others. Sometimes we can beat the expected availability time, that is our goal, but do not expect it to ship before this.

The shipping speed also depends on the method of shipping you pick at checkout. Standard shipping is shipped via UPS ground or USPS. We do have multiple shipping centers across the United States so it is tough to make blanket statements about how long it will take. Usually, worst case to ship across the United States would be about a week.

If you need the item faster you can select one of our rush shipment options, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select. Please note that we will do everything we can do to get these rush shipments out the door quickly but keep in mind that you cannot count on them to ship sooner than the availability time listed with each product. If you need items sooner please email info@storeyourboard.com for more detailed information on the specific product you are interested in.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.


*We are not responsible for UPS' performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with UPS. UPS only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments, (not ground). UPS does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their website for all details.

Other Common Items that Delay Shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order your order should ship shortly.

What are my shipping options?

StoreYourBoard.com offers multiple shipping options. The most common shipping option is our Standard Shipping. This shipping usually provides the most cost effective shipping prices to the customer. Standard Shipping pricing is determined by total purchase price in the table below:

When you choose standard shipping your order will be shipped with a major carrier (UPS, USPS, or Fedex).

We also offer a range of UPS services: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select. Each of these methods can be selected in the checkout process. When selecting specialty UPS shipping services we reserve the right to apply additional oversized shipping fees due to dimensional weight restrictions and carrier surcharges. We also reserve the right to ship via another carrier/method if we can get your package delivered on the same day.

Can I get Rush Shipping?

StoreYourBoard offers several shipping options that will expedite the shipping of your order. You can select UPS Next Day Air (Shipping Speed = 1 Day), UPS 2nd Day Air (Shipping Speed = 2 Days) or UPS 3-Day Select (Shipping Speed = 3 Days).

Shipping at StoreYourBoard.com is calculated in two ways depending on which shipping method you choose. For our Standard Shipping option, shipping charges are calculated based on the total purchase price according to the table below:

Do you ship Internationally?

StoreYourBoard.com is optimized for shipping within the contiguous 48 states of the US. StoreYourBoard.com does ship Internationally based on a custom order process. Not all racks are available for shipping internationally and we do not ship to every country. If you are interested in shipping to a location outside of the contiguous US you MUST send and email to info@storeyourboard.com. Please include: Your Shipping Address, Items you would like to order, and quantities. We will get back to you to let you know if we can ship the products you are interested in and what the shipping costs would be.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Some items can ship to PO Boxes if absolutely neccessary. If you need to ship to a PO Box please email support@storeyourboard.com with the item(s) you are interested in purchasing.

StoreYourBoard.com is optimized for shipping within the contiguous 48 states of the US. StoreYourBoard.com does ship APO / FPO based on a custom order process. Order Status and Tracking


How do I check my order status?

When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available). Please check you spam/junk box if you do no recieve these emails.

Will I get an email confrimation?

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your junk mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email (info@storeyourboard.com) and we'll get you set up. This is also important to confirm you get a confirmation email becasue sometimes the order does not properly go through the online system. If this is the case, we will let you know and either have you try again online or process the order over the phone.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email updating you that your item(s) have shipped and a link will be attached to check your order status. In your online order status there will be a tracking link if avaliable. Most of our shipments will have a tracking number but some do not.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Please email info@storeyourboard.com as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If your order has been processed and shipped already, you can send the item(s) back and we will refund your money.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with yourorder you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees. If you need to return an item please contact returns@storeyourboard.com. Please include your order number and describe the reason for your return.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the rack we will pay return shipping. If you have changed your mind or you decide the rack doesn’t suit your needs you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Your money will be refunded once the rack is received and inspected by www.StoreYourBoard.com.

Here are the exceptions and clarifications:

  • Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  • We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.
  • If your rack is sent back to StoreYourBoard.com because of an invalid address or because you were not able to coordinate a time for pickup with the shipper you will be charged the return shipping fee.

How can I get a refund?

In order to get a refund you must return your item(s) to StoreYourBoard.com according to our Returns and Exchanges policy (noted above). Once we recieve your returned items and they are inspected and deemed acceptable by StoreYourBoard staff your return will be credited to the account (credit card or paypal) that was used to make the purchase.

What if I got my order but items were damaged?

5. Price Guarantee Information

Occasionally, you may buy an item that goes on sale in the next few days. We are more than happy to adjust your purchase price to match the new price. The adjustment will be in the form of a store credit for future use on purchases. The rules and policy are listed below:
Prices are only guaranteed for 10 days. Any order older than 15 days does not qualify for this guarantee.

6. Declined Credit Card and Address No-Match Policy

If your credit card is declined or if the billing address you provide us does not match the billing address on file with your credit card, we will contact you via email to notify you. Please make sure that you provide an accurate e-mail address and check your e-mail after you place an order.

If your credit card is declined or you do not provide a correct billing address, the products that you ordered will no longer be held for you, so it is important that you respond as quickly as possible so that we do not sell out of the item you have ordered. In the event that we do sell out, your order will be put on the backorder list and we will ship it as soon as another shipment arrives.

Any order with a declined credit card or a no match on the billing address will be canceled after 30 days. After 30 days, if we have not heard from you and you wish to still receive you order, you must re-order your product. An email notification will not be sent in the event that your order is canceled after 30 days.

7. Sale Price Rules

We occasionally run sales on products.

Sale prices are only valid during the published time and may not be applied to previous orders (unless less than 10 days old, see Price Guarantee Rules).

Sale prices are not honored after a sale has ended.

If you would like more information on sales and other promotions, we suggest that you sign up for our monthly newsletter that outlines the coming sales and promotions.

8. Coupons & Special Offers


Coupons: Occasionally we offer coupons in newspapers and emails. Coupons are not cumulative with any other offer. Discounts are valid only on full priced items, not sale prices. Coupons have no cash value.

Coupons are only valid on IN STOCK items. Any item that is marked "SOLD OUT" or "OUT OF STOCK" does NOT qualify for the coupon discount. Any coupon used on an out of stock item will be voided for that particular item and only used on in stock items. If this brings your order total below the minimum for coupon qualification, your coupon will be voided all together.

Coupon Rules and Details: Coupons may NOT be applied to orders that have already been placed. The coupon must be entered at the time the order is placed. No Exceptions.

Coupons & Promotions: Each coupon code may be used only one time, per household, per order. Coupons may not be used more than once by any household, name, phone number or credit card. Invalid coupon codes or coupons used on items not covered by the specific coupon code will not be honored and the order will be shipped as is without the coupon discount. Coupons will not be honored on multiple orders. If you place multiple orders with the same coupon, only one qualifying order will receive a coupon discount. All other orders will be shipped without the coupon discounts.

11. International Users

We make no claims that the Content is appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal in certain countries or for certain persons. If you access the Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. We currently ship to the following countries:

United States, Canada, Australia, China, France, Italy, Japan, Germany, New Zealand, Spain, United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands.

At this time we are not able to ship to any countries that are not listed above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International air orders are sent via UPS. Oversize and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you check your email after you place your order because your order will not be shipped if the shipping price needs to be adjusted and we do not get an approval reply from you.

DUTIES AND TAXES

YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT, MERCHANDISE, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE. 21. Your Account and Membership Obligations

In consideration of your use of the Site you agree to: (i) provide accurate and current information about yourself as prompted by the Site (the "Registration Information"); and (ii) maintain and update the Registration Information to keep it accurate and current. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and decline to permit your continued use of the Site and future access to the Site.

23. User Feedback

Should any User respond to Spire LLC with any information, questions, requests, opinions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of the Site, Spire LLC products or services or otherwise ("Comments"), such Comments shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Spire LLC shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Comments and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to others in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

24. Acceptable and Lawful Use of the Site

25. The Rest of the Terms

In the event that one or more portions of this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such validity, illegality or unenforcability shall not affect any other provision contained in this Agreement. Any delay or failure by Spire LLC, at any time or times, to require performance of any provision hereof shall in no manner affect Spire LLC'S right at a later time to enforce such provision. No delay or failure by Spire LLC in exercising any right hereunder shall constitute a waiver of such right or any other rights hereunder. You may not assign your rights or delegate your responsibilities hereunder without the express written permission of Spire LLC. Spire LLC may, at any time, assign its rights or delegate its obligations hereunder without notice to you. No person not a party to this Agreement is intended to be a beneficiary of this Agreement, and no person not a party to this Agreement shall have any right to enforce any term of this Agreement. This Agreement and any documents expressly incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between Spire LLC and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof.

In order to protect our customers Spire LLC reserves the right to ship packages signature required.

26. Updates and Modifications

In its sole discretion, Spire LLC may unilaterally amend or modify this Agreement or any other documents referenced herein at any time by posting the amended Agreement on the Site. Any amended or modified terms will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modified terms and conditions. Spire LLC reserves the right to delete, modify or supplement the Content of this Site at any time for any reason without notification to anyone.

27. Termination

Spire LLC may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your access to the Site or for breach of this Agreement (or any other agreement or policy incorporated by reference herein), or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, or for any other reason in our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting us.
