The Big Air H20 wakeboard tower is one of the best wakeboard towers out there for the price. With swooped styling, thick and rigid tubing, and an a brushed or powder coated finish, the Ice tower is a thing of beauty. Whether this is your first wakeboard tower purchase, or you are a seasoned veteran, you are going to be happy with the quality and function of this tower rack.
What boats does it fit? This tower can accommodate boats that measure 120" wide! The distance between the front and back tower legs can be between 42" and 46" long and can mount to the top or bottom gunnels. The telescoping top section is what allows the rack to adjust in width and makes installation very easy. Each tower leg is made from 2" 304 stainless steel tubing and the crossbar is 2 3/8 6061 T6 aluminum. The aluminum and stainless steel construction means this tower is rust-proof and designed to weather choppy water.
This rack comes in one size to fit your boat's width. Please measure your boat dimensions in advance to ensure this rack is the correct size:
Size C: 103"-120"
Collapses quickly and easily with the quick release knobs. The quick release knobs are on the front leg connection points so you can quickly undo them by hand and lay the rack down. Then, the bottom section of the legs come out and you have a low profile rack that will fit into tight spaces. This is a great feature for when you stowe you boat away in the offseason or need to fit under low bridges.
Why do I need a wakeboard boat tower?
Wakeboard towers might seem like an expensive add-on for your boat. But once you've spent a season out on the water with a wakeboard tower, you'll wish you had gotten one sooner. Wakeboard towers were originally designed to provide a higher anchor point for the rope to attach to. This higher attachment point meant bigger air for wakeboarders because the rope pulled up instead of down on the rider when they flew through the air. Now, wakeboard towers are so much more than that. No longer is the wakeboard tower an elite wakeboarder tool, but it is now a general utilitarian device for almost all boat owners. Adding a tower to your boat is like adding an addition to your house - it gives you more space. Wakeboards, kneeboards, wakesurf boards can all be stored up in tower racks to free up a ton of room on your boat's floor. Additionally, with tower speakers and lights you have features that were never possible before.

Please note, returned boat towers will incur a restocking fee.
Cracking near the tower legs is a valid concern, but can be easily addressed with proper installation of your tower. When doing the installation of a Big Air tower, the manufacturer requires the hull to be AT LEAST 3/8" thick. If the hull is not 3/8" thick, you will need to reinforce the hull. You can reinforce with flat sheet metal (aluminum or stainless), marine grade plywood, or even additional fiberglass. In most cases,1/4" thick reinforcement is more than sufficient. When reinforcing, it is best to cover a large area, about 6" x 9". We understand you are working with a small area and sometimes that large of an area cannot be done. Work with what you have to ensure you are at or above 3/8" thick. If you follow these guidelines, and Big Air's other installation instructions (included) then you shouldn't have any cracking issues.
