Cargo boxes are a great way to fit all your gear on your vehicle when talking a trip but turns into a big, bulky burden when trying to store it in your home. Stop tripping over your cargo box or trying to lean it against the wall, grab this hoist and solve all your problems!
Classic or Pro? Our popular Hi-Lift hoist is now available in both the "Classic" design as well as our new "Pro" version. Our Classic hoist comes equipped with hooks at either end to hold the tie down straps. Opt for our new Pro version and you can use custom-designed loading brackets instead of hooks. The Pro also includes a center connecting strap. This connector piece will secure your hoist in a fixed position and make sure the load straps stay right where you need them. The Pro version also comes equipped with a 10 ft. longer rope for use with higher ceilings.
Handle your large cargo box with ease This hoist is equipped with a mechanical pulley with a 4:1 mechanical advantage to make a 40lb box only feel like 10bs. The hoist system is rated for loads up to 60 lbs. Plenty for the standard cargo box, even allows for extra weight to store some of your gear in the cargo box will stored up near the ceiling. Great for that extra ski, snowboard, hiking, or camping gear you don't use year round. The hoist system allows you to secure the adjustable straps while the box is still on the floor, then simply attach the hooks to easily hoist the box to the ceiling. A great option when you do not have an extra set of hands to help, you can hoist the box up to the ceiling all by yourself!
Adjustable straps for multiple uses The included adjustable straps fit cargo boxes of any size. Made from high-strength nylon, these straps can handle heavy loads as well as tension.
Lower directly down onto your roof rack Save yourself an extra step and position the hoist directly above your car. Depending on your ceiling height, this would allow you to lower the cargo box directly down onto your car's roof rack!
This hoist is intended for cargo boxes, however, you can also easily use for your kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and more! Just think of the possibilities!
Exclusive Patent Pending Design
Hey, guys! This is Mark with StoreYourBoard.
With me here today, I have our very popular Hi-Lift Ceiling Hoist. This is an excellent solution to get your gear up out of the way towards the ceiling with a very stress-free loading experience.
This is perfect for kayaks, paddleboards, surfboards, or any other gear you have around your house or garage that you need to get up out of the way but don’t want to lift by yourself up onto a ceiling rack.
The hoist provides a 4:1 mechanical advantage up to 90 pounds to store your gear even as heavy as your kayaks. It’s available as both a pro as well as a classic design option.
Today with me here, I have a pro version, which includes a center-connecting strap here, which is adjustable, as well as square-loading brackets for the straps. This provides a much more secure system for kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards that have a more tapered end to each side to prevent the straps from wanting to walk or wiggle each direction. It keeps it nice and secure in the center of your board or boat here.
The standard option uses the exact same ceiling hoist system. Only a hook design instead of the square brackets. Same concept using the loading straps, only allows for the quicker loading and unloading of your boat.
The system is very easy to operate. It comes with a wall tiedown cleat to wrap off and anchor down the excess rope.
Pull down straight down below the rope to release it and lower. Simply let go to the side for gravity to grab the brake again and secure your boat. Once again, pull straight down to release on both ends of the rope to lift.
The hoist comes equipped with these heavy-duty tiedown straps with protective rubber casings on the cleats here. Excellent way to handle all the weight as well as makes it very adjustable for whatever board or gear you need to hoist up into the ceiling. Even handy enough to lower this directly down onto your car in some cases in a garage. Take the straps, right under your car rack, strap your gear down. You’re ready to hit the road.
Installation is very simple. I recommend checking out our install video in the link below. Again, this is our Hi-Lift Ceiling Hoist.

It's a good product, but the rope is too short for a high ceiling garage. The instructions are garbage. Unless you come onto this site and watch the video good luck on getting the double pulley bracket hooked up right.
With a longer rope and better instructions with some diagrams I would give this 5 stars.
Once i got this up, great! Instructions on how to work rope through the pullys is terrible, however. Need a video on this, which is not on Youtube, their website or anywhere I could find. By looking at a competitors video, I was able to figure out the threading through the lock pully.
