Order Status and Tracking
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number from us after your order ships. Please check you spam/junk box if you do no recieve these emails.
Will I get an e-mail confirmation for my order?
After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email (info@StoreYourBoard.com) and we'll get you set up.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.
How do I place an order online?
Ordering at StoreYourBoard is easy and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. The final shipping and local tax will be shown on the order review page before you place the order.
Can I order over the phone?
Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime Monday thru Friday between 8am and Midnight and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 9pm Eastern Time. Our number is: 1-800-701-3743.
Do you charge sales tax?
You will only be charged tax if you are a resident of Virginia (VA). We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to VA addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states
