What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
We want you to be happy with your order! With some exceptions (see below), if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 90 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping fees, if using our flat-rate return label). If you need to return an item please contact info@StoreYourBoard.com. Please include your order number, what item(s) from your order you want to return, and the reason for your return.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the rack we will pay return shipping.
If you have changed your mind or you decide the rack doesn’t suit your needs, we can provide you with a return shipping label for a flat-rate price (to be deducted from your refund), or you can ship it back at your own cost using your carrier of choice. Your refund will be issued once the rack is received and inspected by www.StoreYourBoard.com.
Here are the exceptions and clarifications:
- Products must be returned to us in their original, unused and unassembled condition, and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
- We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
- If your rack is sent back to StoreYourBoard.com because of an invalid address or because you were not able to coordinate a time for pickup with the shipper you will be charged the return shipping fee.
How can I get a refund?
In order to get a refund you must return your item(s) to StoreYourBoard.com according to our Returns and Exchanges policy (noted above). Once we receive your returned items and they are inspected and deemed acceptable by StoreYourBoard staff your return will be credited to the account (credit card or paypal) that was used to make the purchase.
What if I got my order but items were damaged?
In the unlikely event that your items you received are damaged contact us immediately at info@StoreYourBoard.com. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
On standard, in stock items we do not charge restocking fees.
When does my order ship?
Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Please make sure to check the availability for the product you ordered. Some products are hand or custom made and take longer to make, process, and ship than others. Sometimes we can beat the expected availability time, that is our goal, but do not expect it to ship before this.
The shipping speed also depends on the method of shipping you pick at checkout. Standard shipping is shipped via UPS ground or USPS. We do have multiple shipping centers across the United States so it is tough to make blanket statements about how long it will take. Usually, worst case to ship across the United States would be about a week.
If you need the item faster you can select one of our rush shipment options, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select. Please note that we will do everything we can do to get these rush shipments out the door quickly but keep in mind that you cannot count on them to ship sooner than the availability time listed with each product. IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.
*We are not responsible for UPS' performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with UPS. UPS only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments, (not ground). UPS does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their website for all details.
Other Common Items that Delay Shipping
We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order your order should ship shortly.
What are my shipping options?
StoreYourBoard.com offers multiple shipping options. The most common shipping option is our Standard Shipping. This shipping usually provides the most cost effective shipping prices to the customer. Standard Shipping pricing is determined by total purchase price in the table below:

When you choose standard shipping your order will be shipped with a major carrier (UPS, USPS, or Fedex).
We also offer a range of UPS services: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select. Each of these methods can be selected in the checkout process. When selecting specialty UPS shipping services we reserve the right to apply additional oversized shipping fees due to dimensional weight restrictions and carrier surcharges. We also reserve the right to ship via another carrier/method if we can get your package delivered on the same day.
Can I get Rush Shipping?
StoreYourBoard offers several shipping options that will expedite the shipping of your order. You can select UPS Next Day Air (Shipping Speed = 1 Day), UPS 2nd Day Air (Shipping Speed = 2 Days) or UPS 3-Day Select (Shipping Speed = 3 Days).

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Some items can ship to PO Boxes if absolutely necessary. If you need to ship to a PO Box please email info@StoreYourBoard.com with the item(s) you are interested in purchasing.
Do you ship APO/FPO?
StoreYourBoard.com is optimized for shipping within the contiguous 48 states of the US. StoreYourBoard.com does ship APO / FPO based on a custom order process. Not all racks are available, if you are interested in shipping to a APO / FPO location you MUST send an email to info@StoreYourBoard.com. Please include: Your Shipping Address, Items you would like to order, and quantities. We will get back to you to let you know if we can ship the products you are interested in and what the shipping costs would be.
