Product Description

The SUP Nose Guard is an easy way to protect your board from dents and dings on the nose. The nose and the tail are the most common places you may experience damage on your board, so it makes sense to be precautionary and protect it with a nose guard.

This paddleboard nose protector is very simple to install. You simply peel away the adhesive backing and then stick it on to your board's nose. You'll need to let it cure in place overnight, but after that you will be good to go.

Originally, nose guards were designed to protect people from getting hit with the sharpe nose of a board, but they also help protect your board against everyday use and abuse. Get some peace of mind and protect your investment with a nose guard.

We also carry tail guards if you're looking for ultimate protection.

Q:
I have a starboard elite touring 11' 6" x 29'5". Which nose guard and tail guard will fit this product?
A:
This SUP Nose Guardand this SUP tail protectorare designed to fit many paddle boards, though they may not work for a touring one, due to its size/shape. Unfortunately there isn't really a guide or manufacturer's specification available for these, to give us a better idea whether it will fit your particular SUP. Some kits like this are just available to fit a general range of boards, so we aren't able to guarantee it will work for your Starboard Elite touring SUP.
Q:
Is the nose guard removable? Or will removing it damage the board's paint/finish?
A:
This SUP Nose Guard is best left in place once applied. Since boards' finishes vary, we can't guarantee what would happen when you try to remove it from yours. You can try to peel it back gently and use some mineral spirits and rinse with water, or use a mild solvent like Goof Off to remove it, and then your board may need some clean up from the adhesive - but we can't guarantee the effect on your particular board or whether there could be damage to the paint/finish.
