Product Description

Strong, Versatile and Affordable. This SUP Rack is built to last at an affordable price! The rack is made from steel, treated for rust resistance, and powder-coated for durability. It will hold 4 paddleboards and works for many other boards such as surfboards, windsurfing rigs, wakeboards, and many other types of watercraft!

How is it designed? This SUP Rack has 2 levels of padded steel arms to comfortably and securely hold your boards. The levels are 11.5 inches apart, giving you plenty of room for your board. The arms are also removable, convenient for when space is limited or you want to get them out of the way when the rack isn't in use. The rack will hold standup paddleboards in a bag as well - pop your whole loaded bag up on the rack and be ready to go next time the water calls!

  • Strong steel frame: Each rack level can hold 40-pound boards up to 35" wide.
  • Dense foam padding: Each 27" arm is padded with high density foam to protect your boards.
  • Removable arms: The arms can be removed, perfect for when space is limited or you want to store them.

How to get the most out of your rack:

  • Designed to hold 1 board per rack level
  • Do not exceed maximum weight limits per level (40 lbs) or total (80 lbs)
  • Not intended for use in moving vehicles - trailers, campers, etc.
  • Powder-coated steel construction is not designed to withstand full-time saltwater outdoor exposure

Looking for more storage space? Check out the

  • 24" along the wall
  • 27" long arms
  • 11.5" gap between arms
  • Thickness of foam padding: .25"
  • Diameter of the arms/tubes: 1"
  • Angle of arms: 90°
  • Heavy duty steel
  • Can hold 40 lbs per level/80 lbs total

Heavy Duty almost doesn't do enough to describe how tough this rack is.  Built from steel, this SUP rack is up to the challenge to hold your heavy paddleboards.  The biggest concern will be making sure you mount it securely to your wall studs or another sturdy mounting surface.  This is a simple rack, which I typically prefer, it gets the job done without any frills.  The arms of the SUP rack come nicely padded with foam to protect your boards while they are in the rack.  The spacing between the levels is more than adequate at 11.5 inches so there is plenty of room to easily get your board in and out.  Depending on the weight of your paddle boards you could probably even stack a surfboard on top if you wanted to really store all your boards.

Another nice feature of this SUP rack is that the arms snap in and out of the base unit.  If you are in really tight quarters and need some extra space while your boards are not being stored in the rack you can take the arms out.  This works well in tight garages where you might want some extra clearnace around the car.

We quite often get customers ordering multiple of these SUP wall racks at the same time.  There design makes it great to stack them up and hold huge quivers of boards.  You can also store boards other than your paddle boards in these - use your imagination, the sky is the limit!  Overall this is a really solid rack and it would be tough to go wrong with it.  Grab yours today and let me know what you think about it.

Ride On,

Josh Gordon

Would you recommend this rack for outdoor use? I live beside a lake, and need to anchor 2 SUPs to my seawall.
This double SUP wall rack is not stainless steel, so it is not rust-proof for use in the elements. However, it has been treated with a multi-stage rust prevention process. I wouldn't recommend it for outdoor use on a seawall that was on salt water, but on a fresh water lake, not near the ocean, it could be fine for some time, but it might not be my first choice for long term use outdoors.
Some other options would include this indoor-outdoor rack that has stainless steel hooks, though it is only available to hold one board. It is a strong rack with some nice features, like the ability to swivel out of the way when not in use, and to lock in place.
Alternately, these suspension racks are recommended by their manufacture for indoor/outdoor use, and have a powder coated finish that protects the rack from the elements; they are available in expandable units for 1, 2 or 3 boards, the 2 board version shown here. This rack system stores your SUP cradled on its sides.
That same line also has a horizontal SUP rack, seen here, with the same rack properties that make it suitable for outdoor use.
Will this hold an OC1 canoe?
For your OC1 canoe, you would need a rack that is meant for a canoe's shape, none of the SUP racks work to hold a canoe. You might want to consider this stainless steel canoe rack,or this wood one,for your OC1.
Does this rack come with both arms, or are they sold separately?
Our double SUP rack is a complete set when you order it, and includes both arms (and mounting hardware).
Does this rack need to be anchored into studs in order to hold the maximum weight of 75lbs?
Yes, our SUP wall rack does need to be installed into wall studs. You need to mount any wall rack that is holding over 10 lbs into wall studs, you should not use drywall anchors for any rack over that weight. And for a metal rack holding up to 75 lbs, it is required to mount into the wall studs, for the safety of your boards, etc. You can find out more about locating studs, and other installation tips, in our general installation guide
Can this rack be mounted using anchors on a concrete block wall and hold two 29lb boards?
Yes, our double SUP rack could be mounted to a concrete wall, if you use concrete/masonry anchors, such as TapCons, which can be found anywhere you buy hardware (such as Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.). The rack ships with standard mounting hardware only, for mounting into wall studs, not concrete.
The weight of your boards would be supported by this rack; you would just want to make sure that the concrete/masonry anchors you buy are meant for the weight of the boards and rack.
These Installation Guidelines have some more tips for reference.

How’s it going? I’m Andrew from, here to talk to you today about our Double Wall Paddleboard Storage Rack. You can see the rack behind me. I’ll explain to you why it’s such a popular choice among our customers. The rack itself will come in a box and will require a little bit of assembly. There are two rack sides that you’ll insert two rack arms into. It’s a very simple process. I’ll show you how simple it is. A pushpin at the bottom of each rack arm just slide into place. Same thing for the second arm. You already assembled one of the sides. You’ll notice that the rack arm itself has some heavy-duty padding here, so as you’re putting your boards in and out of this rack, they’re going to be protected.

The rack itself is made out of steel, so it’s heavy duty and durable. The dimensions that are particularly relevant when you’re thinking about your boards are the rack arms themselves are 27 inches wide. That will accommodate some pretty wide paddleboards. Really, it’s okay if your board is longer than the rack arm; it’s still going to be able to support that board. Then in-between levels right here is an 11-inch space, so that will be enough to accommodate a lot of thick paddleboards with longer fins, but if you need to, you can get a little bit strategic. Here we have a thicker board with a longer center fin, we put it on the bottom space. Not quite a thick board, not quite as long a center fin, then we put it on the top space.

If you need even additional strategic options, you could flip this top board up so the fin is facing upward, and again there’s a lot of different ways you can store your paddleboards with this rack. You can store it in your garage. You can store it in your basement, in your shed, anywhere you need to store your paddleboards. We have that sort of short height, but if you need to pull the rack down close to the floor, you can do that, too. The other thing I didn’t mention about the rack arms, they’re removable so if you’re taking your boards somewhere on a trip, taking them out to the water, for storage, you can take the rack arms off, get some of the storage back wherever you’re storing your boards. The racks worked out great but the screws were not good. We had to replace them as they all broke in half as we put them in , otherwise all is great.

I recently purchased 2 SUP wall racks from and couldn't be happier. They were delivered quickly and installation is very straight forward. Mounting hardware is supplied (both screws for studs and drywall fixtures). Because they come in separate pieces, the main mount is easy to get installed on the wall and then the arms are snapped into place.

They were super affordable, well built and look great...these are the only racks to buy!

Rack is exactly what we needed. It is securely fastened to concrete block using 4 tapcon ¼” screw. Stores both 12’ & 11’ SUP boards on our garage wall. Reasons we recommend it - does what it claims, fast delivery, easy to install, looks great, padding in the right places, and easy to take bd off and put back.

This product works exactly like it suppose to. Only negative is the cheap hardware they provide. The screw head snapped off of one screw during installation. The hardware is just too cheap. I replaced it with some good stuff I had laying around. Great concept, crap hardware!

I had originally purchased a ceiling mount rack for our SUP's and they worked great, but with a 9-foot high ceiling in the garage, getting the boards in and out of the rack was proving to be cumbersome. I purchased the wall mount ones instead and they've worked out a whole lot better. Easy to install and very durable.

After researching SUP Board racks Storeyourboad reviews were consistently high so went with this product. Cost was reasonable and it arrived within the time stated. This product is excellent quality and went up with ease. I would recommend Storeyourboad rack system to anyone in the market for a convenient and effective way to hang SUP boards.

I bought the SUP WallRack 2 to accommodate my BIC AceTec Platinum Cross SUP. I was concerned as many board storage options are designed for surf boards and are too narrow for SUP's. This rack is sturdy and strong and provides very good support for my 30" wide board. It was easy to install and provides easy access to my board anytime I want to use it. I whole heartedly recommend this to anyone looking to store an SUP.

Product was easy to install and supports my SUP on the bottom and a kayak on the top rails. The kayak sits fine but the bottom of the hull is not contacted by the padding due to its "v" shape. This does allow it to slide around a little but I am not concerned at all about it moving enough to slide off. Great product so far.

I purchased this product to store two new boards I recently received. The storage rack seems to be well-made and was easy to install. The steel was sturdy and they appear to hold the weight of the boards well, without sagging or looking like they may fall.

Easy to install (I had someone that knew their way around tools install and he concurs easy!). Quality...Quality...Quality. This is a heavy duty rack, no concerns about holding up my 11' 6" SUP. No issues related to transaction, showed up as promised. Based upon my research, can't beat the price.

Love pulling into my garage and seeing the board on the wall. I only have one board - at least currently - and use the lower rack to store my skis works great. Finally I can reclaim my garage again!!!! Thank you!

Worked perfectly for the space in my garage. I was able to hang the boards up and out of the way to save space and keep them away from scratches, etc. The brackets are thick quality metal. I did have to attach mine to metal studs and purchased new screws instead of using the screws that were included with the brackets. So make sure you purchase the correct screws for your situation.

I like the idea that the pegs that hold the SUPs are removable... we mounted our so the highest level is up and out of the way, winter storage, while the lower is accessible for my wife to store the board during the season. When the SUP is stored for the winter on the upper rack, we remove the lower pegs so as not to be a hazard.

The BUT, be warned that the screws that come with the rack are cheap.... 3 of the 4 broke as I was screwing them into the wall making it so we had to move the installation height twice.... save yourself some time and aggravation and purchase 4 stainless steel wood screws prior to starting the install. The screw issue isn't enough to downgrade the rack as a whole. I would purchase this rack again and I would recommend this rack to my friends.

Originally we had just one SUP board so we had purchased a kayak/surfboard style rack for the garage wall (the curved up style). That worked fine, but once we had two SUP boards we needed a new storage arrangement. I am 6', my wife is 5' so this wall rack works perfect for her board and mine. Her's is lighter and goes on top. Ordering, shipping, and product quality; we give it all 5 stars.

Solid product. The addition of eye hook or slot for locking cable would make it more useful in a carport or other area where board needs to be secured. Also, specs were slightly off -- uprights advertised as 24" and came in about 1/2" longer; not an issue unless -- as in my case -- you have exactly 24" of clearance!

Super strong and easy to install.

We have not installed this rack as yet, but it appears to be well constructed. Our only criticism is that it is advertised as being 24" in height; in fact, it is about 24.5". This is probably not an issue for most people, but we are installing it on a concrete beam that extends exactly 24" below the ceiling... may have to machine a new hole for the bolts.
