A stylish new take on a classic wood surfboard stand This rack holds up to 4 surfboards to make for a great display in your home, surf shop, shaping room, or garage. Made of 100% birch wood, and engineered to hold 4 surfboards, this rack is a storage solution for anyone looking for a step above your standard DIY padded dowel surfboard wall racks.
Freestanding The rack is built entirely from baltic birch wood, so it's plenty strong enough to hold your surfboards, vertically. The wood construction also gives it a classic surf vibe, too.
Holds up to 4 boards The engineering and design of this rack are also unique. 5 vertical storage arms create storage slots for 4 surfboards, each approximately 8" wide. A sturdy base ensures that once racked, your surfboards aren't going anywhere, other than surfing. This is more than a few dowel rods screwed into your wall; it's a fully portable freestanding rack to store your surfboard wherever you need to at home or in your retail store.
Space-efficient storage At only 36" wide, so it'll fit into tight storage spaces. Or, if you've got plenty of room, line up a couple of racks up in a row and create a full on board room for your quiver. Importantly, the rack has smartly placed foam padding where your surfboards contact the rack - tail zone and rack side rails - to make sure that your surfboards don't suffer any dents or dings while racking, storing, and unracking. Leave the dings to the water.
What boards will it hold? Each storage slot measures 8" wide and 22" deep. The vertical support pieces extend up to 56" tall to provide support for your boards. Shortboards are an excellent fit for this rack as well as most longboards up to 8 ft. long. Longboards over 8 ft. tall may be too heavy or unstable in this rack.
great simple way to store your boards. Easy assembly
This board rack was very easy to assemble, it is sturdy. I even like the look of it, goes perfect in our Florida home. I bought it for my husband for Xmas so he could store his boards somewhere other than the guest bed.
easy to put together, holds 4 boards at ease, my ceilings 8-1/2 feet so 9 foot long boards wont work in my place.
Easy to build, and it's sturdy. And if you remove the fins from your board you can fit more than four in the rack. The only thing it doesn't accommodate is a fish surfboard with a really wide tail. Great product!
