Product Description

Triple Paddle Board Rack - Unique design and great looking wooden SUP Storage Rack. This SUP rack is built in the USA from Birch and Ash hardwood with a 2" nylon strap. The nylon strap actually contacts the paddle board and forms exactly around its rails and surfaces. This means the rack conforms to your board without any pressure points and no where to scratch or ding your board. Most SUP racks have some kind of foam or padding that over time can compress or show wear and tear. This rack design with the strap is very durable long lasting.

Use this wooden SUP rack to store 3 of your SUPs or longboards, surfboards, wind surfers, or whatever board up on the wall and out of the wall. A perfect way to organize your garage or basement with a wall rack stand up paddle board rack. This rack has also been designed with an angle which gives a nice aesthetic, keeps your boards closer to the wall, and also allows very wide SUPs to be safely and securely stored. The angle can be adjusted to 3 different angles to fit your needs perfectly. The arms of this rack also fold up when not in use to keep them out of the way.

This SUP rack is built from top quality materials including heavy duty 4" lag bolts for mounting, Ash and Birch hardwoods, and durable 2 inch wide nylon strapping. Each rung of the three board rack can hold up to 100 lbs (just make sure the rack is securely attached the the wall). This rack can hold boards with up to 6 inch thick rails and any standard width. If you do have a board thicker than 6 inches check out this universal rack. The racks come without a finish but if you would like to use them outside you can apply a generous coat of water seal like the kind you'd use on your deck.

This rack is also available in a Single Paddleboard or a Double Paddleboard version.

  • 43" tall along wall
  • 20" arm length (when open)
  • Arms fold up
  • 100 lbs capacity per rung
  • Fits almost all SUPs
  • Adjustable arm angles: 45, 50, or 55 degrees

Q:
Can this rack be used outside in Southern California climate?

A:
Our triple level wood SUP rack would not be recommended for outdoor use in your area, as subjecting wood to the elements over time will potentially cause it to not perform as securely to hold your stand-up paddle boards. This triple steel rack, while not stainless, has a rust-prevention process applied to it, so would be an outdoor option for you; another good option for indoor or outdoor use, that supports your boards in a suspension cradle to protect them, is this suspension rack, shown in a version for two boards, but are also available as a single-set to hold one board. Another good option that is stainless steel is seen here, for a single board. If you are directly on salt water, you would want to go with stainless steel or marine grade for outdoor use.

Q:
How far out away from the wall to the tip of the arms?

A:
The arms on this triple sup are 20" long, and can be placed at three different angles, so this rack is basically going to to reach out from the wall a bit less than the 20", depending on the angle you set the arms. Your boards will overlap the rack, depending on how wide they are, so in accounting for space needed where you are hanging the rack, you will want to factor in the extra amount your boards hang off the rack -- say, if your board is 32" wide -- but again, its angled, so they won't be sticking straight out that far, but at an upwards angle

Q:
How can I adjust the angle of the arms so they are more parallel to the floor, not so slanted?

A:
Our Triple Wood SUP rack's arms have 3 positions, plus they fold shut. They won't be adjustable to a parallel position to the floor, though, as in all three open positions, they are angled upwards at either 45, 50 or 55 degrees. For the arm to be parallel or more parallel to the ground, that would need to be closer to 90 degrees, or at an L angle, which this rack doesn't do. The closest would be the position at 55 degrees, which is still angled upwards quite a bit.
